📦Return & Refund Policy
Whatever the reason, we will do our best to solve the issue.
We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return an item, please visit our return policy and submit a request. We will then authorise the request if it is within the reason of our return policy. Please check the terms and conditions for the return policy.
Damaged item received – we offer 3 days grace period after receipt of the order if there are any damages or defects. Please be informed that we do not bear the cost of packaging, insurance and shipping for the returned item in exchange for the same item. When you send the item it must be carefully packed and returned in good condition. We will not be responsible if the return item is lost during the return transit. Once we have verified the condition of the returned item, we will send the replacement within 3 days. Alternatively, we can offer a discount and should you accept the item as it is. If the returned item cannot be replaced (e.g. last piece), we will refund the full amount including the shipping cost.
Wrong Item received – Please report this within 3 working days by sending us a return request or email. We can offer a discount should you agreed to accept the item anyway. If not, the item can be returned in the condition that it is received (shipping cost will be bear by us), and we will send the correct item within 3 working days.
Loss and Claim Policy
If your parcels go missing or is damaged during delivery, we will only refund the amount claimed from the responsible courier service. We are not liable to pay compensation for the loss or damage to the parcels caused by courier service.
